Im Zuge des durchgängigen zweigleisigen Ausbaus Hradka–Brünn wurde bei diesem Gebirgsstück die Strecke für mehrere Millionen Kronen umtrassiert. Die alten Gleise blieben vorerst liegen.
   

Der Bahnhof Břotec am östlichen Ende des neutrassierten Stückes. Die alten Bahnsteige mitsamt dem Gebäude sind noch vorhanden, kurz nach der Umtrassierung wurde mit der Holzverladung begonnen. Das Gleis nach Süden verläuft zu einem Sägewerk.
